About the Health Plan

The Employee Health Plan (EHP) provides support to Akron General employee Caregivers in all aspects of health benefit administration. From benefit coverage and provider networks to claims management and resolution, the staff of the Akron General Employee Health Plan Customer Service Unit strives to provide outstanding customer service to their fellow Caregivers.
